Dandy Tandy Cake

Here is one of our family recipes.  Have you ever had a TastyKake? This a copycat recipe.  It is a great recipe to use when you have a lot of folks to serve. 


1 cup milk and 2 Tbsp of butter-scald and set aside

Mix:
4 eggs
2 cups sugar
2 cups flour
1 tsp. vanilla
1 pinch salt
2 tsp. baking powder


Combine all ingredients.  Spray a jelly pan and bake at 325 for 25 minutes.


While hot spread with peanut butter about 1/4" thick.
Let cool and melt 16oz chocolate and spread over peanut butter.
Refrigerate.
