I can't eat anything containing moo, which is very sad for me. I am not a vegan, my body just has an obnoixous reaction to any dairy. I miss dips the most, and yogurt. I found this spinach and artichoke hummus and spread it on a garlic cracker and my little heart was very happy in that moment! These Kashi crackers are just like the Trisket kind without MSG! KUDOS!!
