Backyard Boyz

 Gabe's best friend Matt and he were born one day apart.  Part of Matt's birthday present from Gabe was to have a campout in our backyard.  Boyz, fire, smores, AND their best girl Anna came for the evening too!  I lost track of how many marshmellows they consumed.

 The three of them are really shy around the camera.  Chantings of, "Hey watch this..." were repeated a zillion times.

 Anna did not spend the night but they all tried out the tent with every blanket we own on the blow-up mattress.  After Anna went home the boyz climbed in the tent and disappeared.  "Hey guys it's still early, do you want to watch a movie?"  No answer, just flashlights illuminating the inside of the tent.  They talked until after 11pm and then all was quiet.  Would they make it through the night in the tent all by themselves?  We were wondering...

YES!  They did it!  However, they were up with the birds at approximately 5:45 a.m.  Apparently camping makes you extra hungry so the each poured themselves a ginormous bowl of cereal and snarfed it down in record time.  Fun memories these two have.  I pray the Lord to bless their friendship continually.
