Gabbing & Giggles

Friday night middle school girls youth group gathered to make homemade pizza.  Customized toppings and 22 hands in the making of this pie!

They watched the movie Emma from the book by Jane Austen. It was a comedy/romance! How they laughed and often said 'Awww<3'
Plenty of smiles when on throughout the room!

More smiles:)
Sissy in her glasses...
(she doesn't like to wear them but must during movies)

Jenna's gorgeous beam and Emily intent on the movie!!!
Girls squished on the red couch.
It was a VERY fun night;)

As mothers we should know our kids friends.  That means being available and opening your home so they can have some down time together and you can be there to quietly observe and share when needed.  We are not in the market for our daughter's girlfriend's, we simply should get to know one another.  Our home is a place for others to gather.  I want them to feel safe here and know that they are loved and cared for.

"...well known for her good deeds, such as bringing up children, showing hospitality, washing the feet of the saints, helping those in trouble and devoting herself to all kinds of good deeds."  1 Timothy 5:10

Faithfully Yours,
E.W. and her girl
